Church Cleaning

Volunteers are always needed to help with the cleaning and upkeep of the church. Areas needing assistance include; sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and annual cleaning tasks.

Collection Counters

Volunteers are needed to count the weekend Parish collection. The collection is counted on Monday mornings.

English As A Second Language Classes

ESL classes are held for the Hispanic people in the Salem area who need to learn the English language. Directed by an ESL teacher, adult volunteers tutor the Hispanic people either in small groups or one on one. Sessions are held at St. Paul School on Thursday, 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

Food Pantry

Non-perishable items are donated by parishioners; monetary donations are always welcome. Volunteers collect food and paper products from the church, stock the shelves, shop for extra food and distribute the food on Wednesdays.
